I firmly believe that we use way too much plastic stuff that takes very, very long to decompose … landfills and oceans are now overflowing with plastics.
So, whenever we can reuse and repurpose things made from plastic, we are contributing to saving our planet.
Here there examples of what can be done with milk jugs.

When evening temperatures stay above freezing you can leave them off permanently. Source: gardengatenotes.com
Make Birdfeeders out of Milk Jugs
It is nice to see small birds around the garden… what better way to attract them than with recycled plastic jugs?
Make Storage Containers from Milk Jugs
Kids can always use more storage containers to keep things tidy (so do we, adults, actually). You can store all sorts of things in such cut out milk jugs. Easy dyi project.
Milk Jug Spirits for Halloween
This is for the Halloween when you need more lights around the house, deck, porch, or wherever you need them. Rather than buying more plastic decor, you create your own, unique ones … and you save money too.
